It is already given that this place is clean. The host was very responsive. We had an issue regarding the bathroom’s sink and bathtub being clogged, but they resolved it when we were away around morning.
The location is perfect. All 3 konbinis are walking distance and there is also a 24hr supermarket nearby! The stations are also walking distance so if ever you are checkin in, it is not that hassle to walk and look around the accommodation.
Major tourist locations and food hubs (Shinsai-bashi, Dotonbori, Kuromon Market) are also walking distance. Overall, this is bang for the buck! Highly recommended!

周囲に気を使わず、家族でとてもリラックスできた。食事場所、日常的な買い物，交通アクセスなども便利で使いやすかった。
食器の洗浄状態が、汚れが残っていて気になったので、洗ってから使用した。

口コミを見て虫が出るとか変な匂いがすると書いてあったので心配していましたがおばあちゃんの家に行ったくらいの感じでした。虫は出なかったですがお風呂の排水がちょっと臭うのでお風呂の扉は閉めておけば大丈夫です。料金が安いのでホテル並みとはいきませんが十分でしょう。
駅からの道案内は写真を信じて行こうと思うと迷子になります。グーグルナビで行くのがいいです。
オーブントースターがあったのに電子レンジが無かったです。普通逆でしょ笑
コップは茶しぶがあったので洗い直しました。
