It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. The Climatization worked well and everything was in a new and well maintained stage. Absolutly nothing bad to say.
There is no lift :) if you have an aperment in the 3rd floor or even over that it might be a little bit exhausting. But doesn’t make the stay bad. Just to mention :)

Bel appartement, propre et pratique, même s'il est situé au 4è sans ascenseur, mais on a bien aimé car il est lumineux et on aperçoit un bout de la mer du balcon.
Il est situé dans un quartier en construction donc beaucoup de travaux dans la rue et un peu de bruit forcément le matin.

The property is very clean and the view on the sea was amazing but it depends on the apartment you get. The owner and the onsite in charge person were so friendly
For the same price i got in previous years much much better deals. It is mentioned that it has a washing machine but no it there is only one for all of the apartments. There is no elevator and steps are very tiring i coped with it that it is a good cardio. Lot of the furniture are very low quality like the bed the bed was a joke it had a very weak stands and so uncomfortable. The water heating is old and very bad also. The ac is only in one room and the apartment gets extremely hot.
