Fabulous studio in centre of St James Street

Awesome location in the middle of the liveliest neighbourhood of Brighton. Walking distance all over the central city.

The windows do not offer any soundproofing. Seagulls and construction workers start their concerts early in the morning.

This is a great location, near the pier and beach with lots of lovely local shops. The area has a great independent vibe and some great nightlife. The flat has everything that you could possibly need for a short stay. Comfy, quiet and well thought out.

Nothing really. The 2 flights of stairs could be considered a downside, but the high floor makes the flat nice and quiet - ideal for sleeping off the night before.

L'appartement était très propre et très bien équipé. Tout est moderne, la cuisine est grande et très fonctionnelle. Cet appartement est parfait pour 2 personnes. L'hôte est réactif et à l'écoute des clients, et n'hésite pas à prendre en compte les feedbacks. La télévision possède une Chromecast qui est très pratique pour regarder Youtube ou des films, et la salle de bain est spacieuse. L'appartement est dans le centre de la ville, à quelques minutes de la plage et des commerces et restaurants.

Puisque l'appartement est situé dans une rue vivante, il y a un peu de bruits la nuit, ce qui peut poser problème si on a le sommeil léger.

The Flat is perfectly located to enjoy all that Brighton has to offer, with public transport readily available just a few steps away from the front door. The Flat was spotlessly clean in all areas. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you may need for cooking meals and washing up afterwards and a good supply of teabags, coffee and sugar was provided. The large bed was very comfortable, all bedl linen and towels were spotless and it was particularly nice to have such generously sized bath towels. A good large sized shower and toiletries were also provided.

Three flights of fairly steep steps to access the Flat was not mentioned in the property description and this particularly caused problems for one of our 60+ age group party. The sofa in the property was uncomfortable and as a sofa-bed did not accommodate an average sized adult comfortably. There is a breakfast bar but only two stools so three people cannot sit and eat together. There is not much hanging space for clothes so it is very much a case of using your luggage to store your personal items.
