Fabulous studio in centre of St James Street

Central location and surrounded by everything you need. Light and airy apartment,.with a fantastic Mexican and Thai restaurant within 20m of the front door.

If driving it's difficult to find and unload near due to narrow one way streets

Great central location within walking distance of restaurants and sites.

It was hot so I needed to open the windows to cool off the apartment. Mosquitoes came in during the night and I had a lot of bites on my neck and face.

Awesome location in the middle of the liveliest neighbourhood of Brighton. Walking distance all over the central city.

The windows do not offer any soundproofing. Seagulls and construction workers start their concerts early in the morning.

The Flat is perfectly located to enjoy all that Brighton has to offer, with public transport readily available just a few steps away from the front door. The Flat was spotlessly clean in all areas. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you may need for cooking meals and washing up afterwards and a good supply of teabags, coffee and sugar was provided. The large bed was very comfortable, all bedl linen and towels were spotless and it was particularly nice to have such generously sized bath towels. A good large sized shower and toiletries were also provided.

Three flights of fairly steep steps to access the Flat was not mentioned in the property description and this particularly caused problems for one of our 60+ age group party. The sofa in the property was uncomfortable and as a sofa-bed did not accommodate an average sized adult comfortably. There is a breakfast bar but only two stools so three people cannot sit and eat together. There is not much hanging space for clothes so it is very much a case of using your luggage to store your personal items.
