About this house rental
For select weekends I have lowered the normal rates and am super flexible with check in and check out. I also have a custom made guide to Nashville things to do for your stay. My home is a perfect place for large groups looking to have fun in Music City. I also added a large new deck in the backyard. The house has a television, a spacious backyard with a fire pit and the new deck with city sunset views & a grill. There is also a large front porch with a porch swing that overlooks the city skyline. A $6 Uber or Lyft will get you downtown or it is only a 15 minute walk to Broadway and a 5 minute walk to Nissan Stadium. One bedroom has a full and a twin trundle with an air mattress available. Another has a queen and a leather futon. The third has a queen and a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin up top. The 4th has a full and a full air mattress. In the living area there is a sofa bed with a queen mattress as well.
Perfect place to stay whether you're in town for the CMA Awards, a concert, a Predators game at Bridgestone Arena, a bachelor or bachelorette party or any regular fun weekend in this amazing city. This space and location has the flexibility to fit your needs.
Guest access
There is a keypad to enter and you will have full access to the house (except for the master bedroom closet and basement) and you will have full access to the kitchen and bathrooms and lounge sitting areas in the home. Air mattresses available upon request for extra guests. You also have access to the spacious backyard, a newly installed deck with a grill and a fire pit below along with access to the front porch for sunset views over Nashville.
I am very responsive to texts and calls and will be in the neighborhood if anything is needed.

The host was great and made special accommodations for our stay. The neighborhood behind the house is quiet during the day but we heard loud music & drag racing late at night. There are so many beds and this place can accommodate a lot of people! Some of the beds were comfy and others not so much. The home's decorations are fun and kitschy. The grandkids loved the video game machines in the dining room! The host was very attentive and always responded quickly, even late into the evening
