About this house rental
Green and peacefull place in the heart of Nature park Učka. Come and stay in our spacious house just for you to enjoy it.
The house has three bedrooms, two of them are on the second floor and one is in the attic. The main bedroom has its own privat balcony from where you can drink your morning coffee in peace. There is also a functional toilet and open kitchen/dining room with spacious living room. There are also three balconies and a big outdoor terace where you can relay and enjoy beautiful views.
It's a perfect place for families with children and pets. You can play hide and seek around the house and nerby meadows, ride on the roll or drive a bicycle on a locan low-speed road or just walk and absorb the beautiful nature all around you.
My family has a small cow farm so you can also try and buy some of products: fresh milk, cheese and ricotta.
Also, if the season is good, you can pick some of the vegetables from our mutural organic garden and make yourself a healthy meal.
As I live near the house we rent i will be happy to help you with any advice you might need during your stay, from planning your sightseeing or showing you around some special places within the Nature Park.
Although our house is in a small village there are two great Istrian restaurants and a mini market just one minute of driving, or even better you can walk there.
The position of our house has a great starting point to explore Istria and Kvarner region. It's no more than an hour away from most interesting places.

Wir sind eine fünfköpfige Familie und haben unseren Urlaub im Coronasommer 2020 in Kroatien in dieser etwas abgelegeneren Unterkunft total genossen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hat reibungslos geklappt und war jederzeit sehr offen und herzlich. Wir bekamen sogar auf Anfrage ein Babybett und einen Hochstuhl gestellt. Wenn man etwas Abstand zu den Massen sucht, bereit ist, etwas weitere Strecken zu fahren (z.B. um zum Meer zu fahren und größere Einkäufe zu erledigen) und Istrien generell gerne mit dem Auto erkundet, ist man hier genau richtig. Der Whirlpool war eine abrundende Ergänzung zu dem wunderbaren Garten, den wir in Verbindung mit dem großen Gemüsebeet in vollen Zügen ausgekostet haben. Das Haus hat man ganz für sich, die Einrichtung (z.B. in der Küche) ist vor allem zweckmäßig. Uns hat das aber absolut gereicht!
