About this villa rental
Located right on Four Mile Beach, in the peaceful residential area of Solander, the Leilani Villas are two modern, stylish villas offering ideal family accommodation, with an emphasis on privacy and lifestyle. On the beach side of the Boulevard, each villa has its own pool and garden with direct access to the beach along a private pathway through the rainforest foreshore.
Leilani Melia (Villa A) is at the front of the block. Architecturally designed, the villa exudes a feeling of spaciousness and light with beautiful timber floors and features.
The villa has a large open plan living/dining area with comfortable lounge chairs and a dining table to seat eight. The media centre has TV and WiFi internet connection.
The modern kitchen is equipped with quality appliances, the cupboards are filled with crockery, cutlery, glasses, cookware and there is plenty of bench space to create a gourmet meal.
Outdoors a private pavilion style entertaining area, perfect for alfresco dining, overlooks the fully fenced L shaped swimming pool. The pool is heated during the winter months.
A central staircase leads up to the sleeping accommodation which consists of three large bedrooms on the upper level. There is carpet, air conditioning and built in storage in each of the rooms.
The master bedroom has an en suite with bathtub and shower, there is also access to the deck with an extra external shower.
The second bedroom has three single beds, two can be joined to make a king bed. The third bedroom has two single beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom.
The villa has an internal laundry with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities, and powder room.

We LOVED this unit. We opted for a spot off the noisy downtown area and it was terrific. An easy easy 6 minute drive or a gorgeous (easy) 2 mile beach stroll got us into town. The well-stocked kitchen was perfect for all the meals we cooked. The beds were so comfy. The garden so so lush. And the pool was divine. We happily walked to the beaxh every day to swim in the ocean. We loved every single moment of our vacation. And the property managers were very quick to respond when we needed them (and they otherwise left us alone). Remt this place and enjoy!

The house was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook and serve meals. When the clothes dryer failed, the property manager had a replacement installed within a day. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. The location close to the beach, with forest trails accessible from the back yard, was convenient for us. We would definitely recommend, and would book it again without hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay, the property was perfect for our family of four. Easy walk to the beach, quick drive to the supermarket and the main street with all the cafes and restaurants. The kids absolutely loved the pool which is where we speant most of our time. Would definitely stay again, thank you!
