About this apartment rental

Newly renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom efficiency apartment available for short term rental. This apartment is in a nice neighborhood (an old fishing village). It has its own entrance, separate from the main house. It is in a detached renovated garage that has been completely done over. The space is 350 sqft w/a bedroom (double/full bed), bathroom w/shower and living/dining/kitchen space. The bath has a standup shower. Use of family pool is available. The futon is queen size. The apartment has towels, blankets, extra pillows, linens, bedding, dishes, toaster, plates, cups, pots, pans, coffee pot, and basic spices/necessities, tv, hair dryer, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, cleaning supplies, iron & ironing board.

Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Everything I needed was there. The neighborhood was charming, safe and quiet.The host was very nice, accommodating and quick to respond. I hope to have the opportunity to stay there again!
