The space
This is more than a studio — it's a warm, thoughtfully designed escape. The oversized soaking tub is the kind you actually linger in. The queen bed is dressed in quality linens, and the layout is open enough to feel spacious while staying cozy.
The kitchen is fully equipped, A/C keeps things comfortable year-round, and the Smart TV with high-speed WiFi means you can work or unwind without compromise. Free street parking is right outside your private entrance.
Traveling with little ones? Ask me about the two kids' cots — they're available at no charge and fit easily in the living area.
Guest access
The guesthouse has its own private entrance with a keyless keypad — no key exchanges, no waiting. You'll have the entire space to yourself.

Kids stay free with the cots provided (cot dimensions: 48"L × 24.5"W × 9"H). The property is in the heart of the tree district — safe, walkable, and centrally located. A pet lives on the property next door, though not in your space. Carbon monoxide and smoke detectors are installed and tested.

Super cute and cozy!!!! The bed was very comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. The host were amazing! Very accommodating and quick communication! Highly recommend!!!!
