House has over 3000 square feet of living space, over-looking Cayuga Lake in the Finger Lakes region of New York. Property offers over 150 feet of private lake frontage with dock (in season) to enjoy. Deck right next to the lake! Lakefront is suited for boating and fishing.
Use the canoe(s) or dip your toes in the shallow water. Or just watch the calming water in an Adirondack chair or roast some marshmallows over the fire pit.
Home has plenty of space for your family or friends. All of the comforts of home. There are 4 bedrooms with plush beds: two kings beds, a queen bed, two twins, and two pull-out sleeper sofas. Home has 3 full bathrooms, and offers shower stalls and a bathtub. Linens and some towels are available.
Open floor plan on the main floor allows guests ample space to spend time together inside. The kitchen has the supplies you need to make meals, including not only pots and pans, dishes, utensils, etc. but also a coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, microwave. There is an extra refrigerator in the garage for food or beverages. Home has a dishwasher for quick cleanup. There is a full-size front loading washer and dryer. There are two large screen smart TVs if you are looking to spend time inside. The house is equipped with wifi. First floor also has a rec room with a pool table.
Property offers a deck off the living room and kitchen, perfect to view the lake. House is in the country. Lot has an acre of land, with a picnic table and grill for outdoor eating. This large lot offers you privacy.

It's a less than 15 minute drive to Del Lago Casino. The town of Seneca Falls is a small haven and offers restaurants rated highly by customers. Only an hour from Rochester and Syracuse.
Minimum 5-night stays in the summer. Home is available for weekend stays or longer in other seasons. There is so much to do even away from the water. Here you can find either quiet relaxing or plenty of activity. Have it all to accommodate your large group. We look forward to having you!
