Find refuge from island crowds and congestion as scores of families have done with us over the years. Enjoy our 4 acre private beach to swim, kayak or wind surf in view of Edgartown Lighthouse and all sailing activity. Neighboring the Chappy Beach Club, it is a true seashore swimming beach with sand underfoot and little surf or undertow in prevailing summer conditions. Walk, bike or drive only 800 yards to the beach (east) or to Town (west) .

We had a great time on Chappy. The location is great, making walking to the ferry and access to Edgartown a breeze. The house is spacious and functional. The floorplan is peculiar, with stairs and steps in every direction, but that also meant the bedrooms were well separated. The only thing we did not like is the smell in the basement, which made us not use the basement bedrooms.

We had a great two weeks. Steve was super helpful and the house had everything that we needed for our extended family Chappy vacation. The location is fabulous! The views are spectacular. Thank you!!

My family had the most relaxing week staying on Chappy. The home we rented was beautiful and the beaches on Chappy were never crowded. It was so nice being so close to the ferry so you could walk down and take it over to Edgartown.
