Had a great time with husband and twin 13 year old girls. Brought an air mattress for living room as they didn’t want to use sofa bed. Master bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. However, the entire complex seems to need some upgrading/repairs and the beach chair rental service is TERRIBLE! Booked 4 chairs/2 umbrellas for 4 days which wasn’t cheap. They don’t tag your chairs so everyday it’s a first come first get. Some days we didn’t even have 4 chairs near each other and If you left your chairs to grab a bite they “assumed” you weren’t coming back and picked up your chairs as early as 2 o’clock!!! Poor service & a waste of money! Tried to do banana boat & parasailing but waited at hut for 20mins and nobody ever came!

Great stay- love Long Beach. Kitchen could use some cookie sheets/ baking pans. Also would prefer that shower had a door— water pressure not good- hard to rinse hair.

Had a great time ! Everything was just as advertised. Great location close to everything.
The balcony view was amazing ! Would definitely recommend this listing and I would stay here again for sure.
