Location was wonderful. All our contact with management was A plus. Parking easy. Great neighborhood.
The quality of materials used in building the complex were low grade. Acoustics were poor. We could hear neighbors walking above our apartment. The decor was inexpensive and flimsy. Could use an upgrade.

The location was the best aspect of this property
The check in process was the worst I have ever experienced. Upon arrival in Victoria at 7 PM, we had to find a Greek restaurant, with a key box in front, that required two different codes to open. Then drive to the unit and figure out which garage was correct, with very misleading instructions that had us enter the wrong garage, requiring a call to customer service. The same process in reverse for checkout. Then we realized the we forgot to leave the paper parking sticker in the unit after we left so we called to ask if we could just mail it back, as we were in a rush to catch a ferry. They said if it wasn't returned that day there would be $150 fine (this potential fine was never disclosed in their documentation). So we turned the car around and returned the parking pass.
