Guests staying at Shoreline Towers may experience temporary disruptions, including construction noise, dust and debris, heavy equipment and contractors on site, and the closure or restricted access to some common areas and walkways. Great view of the ocean. Clean updated room which was nice since the weather wasn't. The guard shack situation could be more streamlined and the attendant was rude. Overall would visit again

The location was great and the condo itself is beautiful. The automated emails with instructions were helpful, but it was very difficult to reach a live person when needed. For families traveling with kids, that’s something to keep in mind.We did have a few issues the first night in the guest bathroom and kids’ bedroom due to what seemed like wiring problems, so the kids didn’t have a working lamp or TV. The next day, we returned to find a maintenance worker already in the unit fixing a separate issue with the door. While we appreciate the repairs being handled, it would have been nice to receive a heads-up beforehand. He did fix the issue in the kids’ room, which we appreciated.Getting in and out of the property was easy overall, but the gate experience was inconsistent depending on the attendant. At one point, I was asked for my ID even after showing the parking pass, which wasn’t required at other times.The unit was mostly clean, though one pillow in the kids’ room had an odor and had to be set aside.Overall, we enjoyed our stay. With improved communication and consistency, this would be an even better experience—especially for families.

Beach access was great, chairs set up great, pickleball courts were under construction . East access in and out . Love that there are rules and they are enforced. Overall great stay and great condo to enjoy . . Will definitely be back
