If you are looking for comfort and charm at an acceptable price, you can stop searching. You will find all that in this newly renewed mezzanine studio, plus a nice bonus, almost good enough to be qualified as such, a pleasant balcony with a view of the horizon that will delight you, perfect for a Port degustation at sunset.
It`s centrally located within walking distance to all tourist attractions in Porto downtown. 150 meters from the metro with direct connection to the airport.
The apartment, in the place of an old attic, has been renovated, equipped and decorated with the singular purpose of providing guests with a memorable stay. The space consists of a living room with a beautiful convertible sofa bed for two and a functional dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, a mezzanine (elevated level within the apartment) where the comfortable double bed is placed and finally a modern bathroom with shower. The apartment is completed with a nice balcony facing west. It is equipped with air conditioning, cable TV and wi-fi. Sheets and towels are provided.

The building is located about 15 minute walk from most places.Accurate description of the apartment, very clean.The mezzanine will not be ideal for anyone taller than 5’5”, a fan would be recommended during the summer months.A/C works great for the main area. Nice view from the balcony while enjoying your coffee or a glass of wine or beer.Having a washing machine at the apartment was very helpful, so thank you.

Located close to grocery stores and easy to prepare meals in the kitchen. Porch small and we enjoyed early morning and all day sun. Definitely got our workouts in climbing the stairs.

Our stay was great! The space was the perfect size for two young adults staying for a couple days in Porto. Maria and Pedro had great communication and set up a car to drive us from the train station. The apartment is a 10-15 min walk up/down moderate hills from the main town center. There are LOTS of stairs! The room is on the 4th floor so be prepared to climb with your luggage. Overall great experience

Nice apartment in a good location. However, it is very hot sleeping in the loft. AC does not reach there. A fan would have helped a lot. Also, there is no parking on site. It’s street parking for which you need to pay every 2 hours. Long term parking were all fully booked. Not practical at all.
