A beautiful place for taking walks around the lake roads and also includes two complimentary kayaks for your adventure. Just a few miles from Putnam - Antiques and Restaurants! Only 18 miles to the Brimfield Flea Markets.

The hosts wish to inform you that the full bathroom is situated upstairs on the second floor, specifically in master bedroom #1. Access to the Full bathroom requires ascending 18 stairs from the ground floor.
** At times, the hosts may stay in the RV/tiny house on the side of the property. We respect guests' privacy in the main house. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.**
Affordable airy cottage style house, meticulously cleaned after each guest visit.
Our beaches on Lake Bunggee are restricted for residents use only.
If you have a small group I would suggest the following swimming areas nearby:
The Town Beach is located on Muddy Pond (which is sometimes referred to as Pond Factory, and St. Mary's). The man-made lake covers 38.3 acres. The beach is open to Woodstock residents and their guests

We had a wedding in Woodstock and this location worked out great for us. We also went to the ocean for the day and it was only an hour drive.
The house is in the country and is quiet and close to a private beach.

Michael was a great host! The house had everything we needed and although the house does not have central air we stayed when it was 90 out, the large ac unit cooled the whole bottom floor! Our dog stayed nice and cool and so did we!
