The house is located in a mountainous area off the highway, Carretera el Manguito. It is within 10 min. walking distance from the lake and 15 minutes from the main plaza downtown.

The house is spacious. The front garden has a stunning view of the lake. The large manicured, rear garden is surrounded by plants and mountain views.

The hexagonal architectural design of the home provides for a 360° view of the lake and beautifully landscaped gardens. The large windows allow for an abundance of natural light throughout the house.

The microclimate in this area of Valle is pleasant and sunny year-round, contrary to the belief that Valle is cold. Even in December the days are warm and sunny cooling down at night, perfect for a fire.

Both inside as well as outside of the house you will find spacious areas that are perfect for relaxing and spending time with friends and family. The architectural design of the house respects traditional styles in Valle de Bravo while offering all of the comforts of a modern home. A unique characteristic of this house is its privacy, since it is not close to other houses and you can see the mountainous Cerro Gordo side of the lake from the front garden.
