Property includes private beach access at Sunset Beach, and pool access at the gulf front pool. Beach service chairs can be rented through La Dolce Vita. Complimentary access to Rosemary Beach® Fitness and complimentary court time at Rosemary Beach® Racquet Club also included.

Entering the first floor, the open living, dining, and kitchen are perfect for entertaining or get togethers. The kitchen is complete with stainless appliances, granite counter tops, and a breakfast bar. The master bedroom and master bathroom are conveniently located on the first floor as well as a beautiful outdoor courtyard complete with grill and outdoor dining table.
On the second floor, you will find two guest bedrooms each with their own private full bathrooms. One guestroom even has access to a private balcony. Sunset Beach has deeded beach access and a beautiful gulf front pool. The community is ideally located near all the shopping, dining and entertainment of Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and the Village of South Walton.

This property requires a 7 night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday during spring break and summer and a 2 night minimum stay during shoulder season.

This is the second time we have stayed here. The location is perfect - walkable to Rosemary Beach shops, restaurants and beach. Lots of outdoor space to relax, very well-equipped kitchen, good floor plan with one bedroom downstairs. We will definitely be back!

Great location south of 30A. Close to beach, shopping and restaurants. Excellent security a real plus. Beach side community pool nice. Only real drawback was no ocean view.

We loved everything about our rental and stay. Home was very clean and as described. Easy access to beach. Count us in for a repeat renter!

It says that check in is 4:00-7:00 and we arrived at 5:30 but our place was not ready until 6:30….not good when you’ve been traveling all day.
The listing promised 4 beach chairs but there was only 3 when we arrived and one of those was broken. It took the management company 2 days to get two new chairs to us. This was disappointing.
The place was fine for me and my 3 adult kids, although the cleanliness was just so so. My daughter found a long hair in her bathroom when we first arrived, and the kitchen did not seem very clean.
Considering how expensive this place was, I expected better service. I would not return.
