Da simplicidade do espaço, da localização, da funcionalidade da casa.
As portas da sala e da cozinha precisam de manutenção porque têm aberturas para o exterior que não ajudam a isolar a temperatura (e a entrada de eventuais rastejantes indesejados). Apareceu uma barata num dos quartos, num dos dias. Seria também importante instalar um corrimão na escada, tendo em conta que a casa de banho fica no andar de baixo.

Absolutely serene and quiet authentic place with several walks that start at the front door. Multiple options for sitting outside in sun or shade with see view. Good shower with an abundance of towels also for going to thermal pools.
For tall people like us the bed may be too small and you might bump your head in the doorways
