Het huisje was wat donker in september maar dat is ideaal als het warm is.

Prachtig ruim huisje van alles voorzien. Niets ontbrak er. Heerlijk rustig, met fluitende vogels. Contact met de eigenaar heel goed.

Fluitende vogels en mooie omgeving. De grote tuinparasol.
Groot achterstallig onderhoud, alle vensterbanken buiten, ramen (kozijnen) tuin en tuinmeubilair, slecht onderhouden/vies. Hordeur kapot. Slecht onderhouden tuin, terras niet eens geveegd. Douchedeur houdt water niet voldoende tegen. Slpkmr beneden net een verwarmingkast met maar 1 p bed. (Enorm emerig onder bed) Smerig uitziende plinten. Binnenzijde plakkerig smerig met veel honden haren. Koelkast in keuken was defect. Koelkast onder trap te klein voor 6 pers. En koelde onvoldoende. Dekbedovertrek met chloorvlekken. Huis is in deze staat niet meer geschikt voor verhuur. Ook het park niet goed meer onderhouden. Tennisbaan enorm gedateerd en niet bijgehouden. Eigenlijk onbespeelbaar.
