The second floor has 2 additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed, and one with a King plus a twin. There is a full bathroom, plus a cozy loft space that can be used as a kids’ room, den or an additional sleeping area (couch converts to queen bed). The views of Bantam Lake are panoramic, and the sunrise is always magnificent.

A fire pit, hammock, beach chairs and fishing rods are all available. Kayaks and paddle boards are available to rent from the owner. Please note there is NO dock associated with the property. We do allow the use of a strong mooring or the beach for small boats with owner concurrence.

Come to Bantam Lake and spend your days swimming, sailing, water skiing, kayaking and fishing, to name a few activities. This home is just under 2 hours from New York City, but the charming town of Morris will leave you feeling relaxed in the country.
