Attractive and well located holiday cottage approx. 500 m from the West Coast's wide sandy beach with a beautiful sea view from the living room and terrace. The house is furnished with 2 sections, each with 2 large bedrooms and bathroom, and is thus ideal for two families wishing to holiday together. Well-equipped kitchen in direct connection with dining area, and from here there is access to the living room which has large panoramic windows so that the unique view can be enjoyed from all angles. The furnishings are contemporary, Danish style. The pool area has, in addition to the 14 m² large pool, a whirlpool, a bathroom and a separate room with sauna. Here the children will surely spend many hours swimming and playing. Located on a hilly dune plot in a magnificent dune landscape with a trail system that leads directly through the dunes to the sea. 3 large terraces offering sun from morning to evening.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
