Cleaningness Amenities Garden View Quiet place

1) The WiFi reception was not strong enough 2) the house is pretty big and heating was off. The only way to make it a bit warmer was the air-conditioning but due to its size was not easy 3) we did not know that the owner would stay in the same place and was not in the description. Even if he was discrete this should be mentioned 4) In the initial description in Booking it is written that pets are allowed by when we arrived the owner complained that we should have let him know in prior about bringing our dogs. However, he was pretty polite with us and no extra fees were charged.

Good place for a short stay. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

Niko and his father were very nice and helpful. It was good to be able to park our car in the enclosed premises. The property was close to Mount Olympus which we visited the next day.

Not a single bottle of water to drink in the room and we could feel the mattress springs.

Ideal location to come by car and visit Olympus valley in Litoshoro

Magnificent and peaceful villa with various well-kept rooms, valuable services and terraces, within a vast space of the property. Ideal location for those coming by car to visit both the green valley of Mount Olympus and the nearby beaches, five minutes walk from the crowded Litochoro. At the arrival you will probably find Nick's elderly father, Mr. Kostas, who manages the structure with meticulous care, and will welcome you with a thousand attentions and in French will tell you about when, as a young man, he brought the art of tailoring to Cameroon and then created his company in Thessaloniki.

We loved the host and we had the pleasant stay. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The host even gave us fresh vegetables from his garden, which were delicious. He also recommended nearest beach and museums. We felt like home thanks to him.

Superb

The house is in a very nice, quite place, which is somehow broken in the morning by the wakeup movements of the military, which is exactly near the house. Everything else is really nice. When you make your booking you have to take care to choose room with bathroom inside, because there are 2 rooms which are sharing the same bathroom. If you travel with friends or family, and you need 2 rooms, this will not be a problem, especially because the bathroom is really big and very clean. Also the kitchen is shared and you cannot cook, so for those who want to cook their meals, this is not suitable. You can take there your breakfast and make coffee or tea, so for us it was perfect. For us it was very important that the house is exactly near the military base, and we loved the green surroundings also. We will certainly book here for our next trip to Litochoro!

Well I certainly missed the fact that we will have shared bathroom, when I made the booking. But fortunately the other room was not booked, so the whole big bathroom was only ours.

Bad

Comfortable and clean room, from this point of view I can recommend. The best access is by car, to the city is ca 1,5km, to the beach is ca 8km. Good as a base for Olymp Mountain hiking.

We were there for hiking in mountains. In the Booking is information that property is accessible 24/7. We checked it just after arrival with guy who was at the location because we received the room key only. He was not able to speak English, but he confirmed by hands that property will be open for whole day and night. Next day we wake up at 5AM in the morning to be at the mountain before sunrise. We expected to go by car to Prionia parking. But the house door was LOCKED, no key available. We left via terrase and expected to leave the poperty. But entry gate was CLOSED and could be opened by remote controller only. All house was sleeping, including reception guy, nobody available to open the doors. We had to do a big noise to be able to call somebody to open the door, after ca 15 minutes the reception guy came and was surprised we are leaving. He opened the entry gate and we left the property. It was really bad beginning of day :-(. I cannot imagine the emergency situation like fire when you are not able to escape from the property. Or you will jump over the wall and see your car inside in the fire because you are not able to open the gate. Really stupid approach, sorry for this word, but it is true. I asked the owner of the property for 50% of discount as a satisfaction, but he was able to propose only one extra night free of charge. There is no sense for us because we were there for hiking to Olymp only and we do not have any reason to come again.

The house is a bit out of city, it has big garden where guests can park. So we didn't have any worries about our luggage in the car during the night. The house is extremly clean, we even got slippers! The wi-fi was good.

Fabulous

We are a 40yrs couple needed the overnight stay before submitting the Olympus Mt. Rooms and everything is as described. The floors are very clean as well as the bathroom. We came late at night (2am) which was very important options for us and the owners father gave us warm welcome. In the morning got a goodbye rose and a bag of fresh picked grapes 😀 veeeery tasty! Warm and helpful owners. Facilities are all great

It cold be signed and marked better, it is not easy to find especially if arriving late in the night. The clean liners was prepared on bed but it wasn’t set up, little bit unexpected and disappointing. Even though the bed is comfortable and big enough for two.

Ένα πραγματικά όμορφο και πολύ προσιτό οικονομικά παλατάκι! Κουκλίστικο οίκημα, με μάρμαρα και έπιπλα που έλαμπαν. Πολύ άνετοι και μεγάλοι χώροι, υπέροχες βεράντες. Η τοποθεσία πολύ ήσυχη με ωραία θέα και επικρατούσε μια απίστευτη ηρεμία. Για τον κύριο Κώστα τον ιδιοκτήτη δεν έχουμε λόγια! Ένας γλυκύτατος άνθρωπος που ήταν πρόθυμος για τα πάντα! Μας υποδέχτηκε πολύ εγκάρδια, πολύ φιλικά και η εξυπηρέτησή του ήταν άψογη. Μας άφησε να επιλέξουμε όποιο δωμάτιο εμείς θέλαμε με μεγάλη χαρά. Ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ για όλα κι ελπίζουμε να ξαναπάμε σύντομα, γιατί προσωπικά για μας αξίζει και με το παραπάνω!

Δεν έχουμε τίποτα αρνητικό να πούμε.

Gut, preiswert, sehr sauber

Preiswert, sauber, alles da was man braucht. Ist ein ehemaliges, sehr geräumiges Privathaus, welches in Wohneinheiten aufgeteilt wurde. Haustiere sind willkommen, es gibt auch einen riesigen Parkplatz/Garten.

Der Weckdienst des Dienstbeginns um 6.00h der direkt ggü. gelegenen Kaserne…

Υπέροχη και ήσυχη τοποθεσία με πολυ άνετο δωμάτιο το οποίο είχε πολύ ωραία θέα στη θάλασσα.Απο την άλλη ο οικοδεσπότης Κ.Κωστας ένας πολύ καλός και ευγενικός άνθρωπος πρόθυμος σε ότι χρειάστηκαμε.Σιγουρα όταν επισκεφτώ ξανά το Λιτοχωρο θα το ξαναπροτιμήσω και το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!!😀

Pan majitel byl velmi ochotný a milý. Moc bych mu tímto chtěl poděkovat, že mě druhý den ráno svým autem ochotně odvezl na vlakové nádraží. Pro skromného batůžkáře úplný luxus.
