We enjoyed a perfect month at Tom’s condo. It is very clean, nicely decorated, and a very comfortable king size bed. The kitchen is very well stocked. Tom was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had right away. There is lots of room in the main bedroom and closet. The location was excellent and enjoyed lots of sunshine on the patio with a wonderful view of the Prescott preserve.One of the entrances to the Preserve was very close and enjoyed daily walks in nature.

This property is located excellently for walkers and runners. It is just off the Prescott Preserve. Stayed at a similarly located property last year and we saw and heard many more birds this year which included an owl. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen I have ever had at any Vrbo or related property. The host was great in responding to inquiries. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Seldom do pictures truly reveal what you find when you walk thru in the door. Tom's condo far exceeded any previous places we had booked. His place is so clean you think you are the first renters to ever occupy the property. The kitchen is well equipped and stocked, and the quality of the bedding and towels is exceptional. Every detail you could need has been addressed. The condo was quiet at all hours, and no outside noises were noted. Parking and pool are close by, convenient and clean. If you like what you see, you will want to reserve this condo. Great value and Tom makes an effort to reach-out to you to assure your stay meets your expectations. Yes, we are going back.
