Apartamento Magnólia 80186 AL

O apartamento é bem localizado, limpo, espaçoso e bonito. Foi uma boa experiência.

O forno não estava bem limpo e ainda ao nível de cozinha, precisava de um microondas ou uma torradeira.

Excelentes acomodações. Facilidade de acesso às chaves do apartamento.Tudo muito limpo e organizado. De um modo geral, foi uma ótima experiência e não deixarei de recomendar. Parabéns pelo cuidado nos pormenores decorativos do local .

Ter de transportar bagagens pelas escadas, devido à inoperacionalidade do elevador. Tentei mas não consegui: o controle remoto da TV sala não funcionava, logo, TV inoperacional. Aproveito para solicitar fatura/recibo do alojamento para o meu NIF. Muito obrigado. Cumprimentos!

L'appartement est très bien. Tout le confort.

Lors de notre séjour, nous avons eu que de la pluie. L'appartement était très humide et le chauffage ne suffisait pas. Le radiateur de la pièce de vie ne chauffait pas assez. Nous avons eu quelques coupures de courant.

The apartment had great potential. It’s nicely furnished, comfortable bed, big rooms and lots of space.

There is a leak in the bathroom that goes over the door threshold and is a health and safety issue due to possibility of slipping. We were mopping the floor morning and evening. We reported on our arrival on Saturday, owner said maintenance would come, but hadn’t by Wednesday. The lift doesn’t work( and apparently hasn’t for a long time) Needs to be made clear as apartment is on second floor. The heating is not sufficient, and is controlled by the owner. Very cold in the evenings. There is not sufficient hot water for 2 people to have showers. The television remote control seams to be fixed at a volume whereby it is impossible to watch tv comfortably as it is so quiet. I understand that it may be to respect other tenants but as they were banging because they were decorating it seemed a little petty! We booked a 5 night stay, and were prepared to overlook a few issues, but cold water on the 4th morning was the final straw. We emailed the owner with our concerns and then decided to leave early after 3 nights. I tried to phone the owner on the 2 numbers given but could not get through. We left the keys at her estate agency, in the box as the premises was shut. The owner has not reached out to us since then. Disappointing reaction from the owner.
