Good location and relevant to why I was in Cape Town.

Please add bins in the bedrooms or bathrooms. Also have handwashing soap in the bathrooms or toilets. Add air fresheners as well.

Terrible is an understatement. Worst accomodation ever!

Everything. I was sent to a different location than the one i booked. Facilities were extremely bad. No kettle and tea condiments as seen on pic. What you see here is not what you get. I am NEVER booking this place again!! I regret booking it. The sheets and bedding Yhooo terrible. Headboard was very old and damaged. I have lot of things to say about this place but summary is ….it was my worst booking ever!

Payed more then the add say. Kitchen had a funny smell..bed was uncomfortable. Tv didn't work. Add is misleading. The lady wanted to give me a other room but she didn't find the key. I told her i was over payed she tel me i must speak to the boss. Place is dirty...window cant open its tied with wire. So sorry i didn't take pics.

The bed was untidy and dirty broken cupboards without handles. Tv blur and without remote control. Toilet window without handle. Kitchen door floor broken. Kitchen cupboards bad condition and broken. Main bedroom bed was two single beds were we was sleeping. No coffee tea or sugar. Broken mugs. And the water supply jojo tenk are also broken services very bad..

Nothing at all was also bitten by something i can't explain in bed ..bed sheets was dirty with stones under the base

The lady that welcomed us was very nice.

There was a mouse in the room and I had to ask for a towel and only had one over the 3 night stay. Having asked for the gate to be opened at all times.

At least the place was clean and the staff was nice.

I didn't like the fact that I made a booking for a whole side guesthouse but in return got a room inside the main house. There were extra people living in the main house making all kinds of noises which were very much uncomfortable.

The were cockroaches all over, there was no door for the toilet, the sink to our toilet was leaking, sheet of our bad were torned. The bed to our room was in a bad. The people outside our room kept us away half of our night. The place looked like a brothel than a stay in house. Se Security is good but I wanted to leave in the middle of the night but I could not find anyone to open for us hence we left very early in the morning .

Too much noise created by other room mates. Parking inside is terrible. Requested self catering but had only bar fridge and basin with no microwave to warm up food with no additional catering utensils.

The experience was less than satisfactory, it is unlikely that I would use the facility again

The linen was clean and bed well made Lawrance took the time to collect me from my drop-off point and drove me to the guesthouse

Cockroaches all over the floor No hot water to take a shower Towel had a hole in and frayed in one side Basin mixer completely unusable and loose Bathroom and room ceiling covered with black fungus Towel holder damaged and loose Staff locked the kitchen accees to the house so i was trapped between the room and the main house for several minutes

Was very cold, no heater or electric blanket, fridge space was not according to the advert. Noise from other rooms was disturbing.. Another thing no changing of bedding... We used one towel, from the day we checked in up until the last day..
