Great accommodation in a brilliant location

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Magda. The studio apartment had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable, air con was effective, and towels and sheets were changed regularly. The location is perfect for the beach and restaurants, with a fantastic supermarket just 1 minute walk away. We particularly liked the fact that the shower was in the bath, which meant the bathroom floor stayed dry, unlike our previous experiences of Greek showers/bathrooms! Magda and her son Nick were friendly hosts and we loved the cats. We would definitely stay here again.

The only thing the apartment didn't have was a toaster - but no big deal!

Beautiful apartment in a quiet area

Beautiful apartments in a quiet place, literally two minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and clean , we had a large balcony and a kitchenette. There was everything necessary for a comfortable rest. The sea nearby is quite deep, the bottom at the entrance is rocky, but the water is clean and transparent. Supermarket across the street has a good assortment. There is also a bus stop nearby, in case you wish to explore more places. The best housing we ever had in Agios Georgios.

We liked everything: the location, the apartment and especially Magda - the owner, she was very kind and helpfully. It was all very clean, we had everything you could need in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable, the television had all programms in every language and our terrace was good to chill out. Two minutes to the beach, one minute to the supermarket.

Location right next to the beach, grocerie stores just across the street. Very spaciuous apartment (we had top floor 2 bed apartment), nice private terrace. View to the see. Shower outside to wash all sand from the beach.

Girls missed hairdryer. In evening sound from the street of scooters. But at night its quite. Shower gel and shampoo could be included.

Magda and her husband are really sweet and helpful. The villa is a stones throw away from a beach and lots of restaurants and supermarkets etc:

The property backs into a water reserve so there were lots of mosquitos. Also the rooms are close together so you can hear conversations that are going in other rooms if people are speaking loudly.

Best Holidays ever

Our vacations this year were just splendid! We spent two weeks there with three kids (twins 7yo and a baby) and I would definitely return here one day in the future. We didn’t have much possibilities to explore the island with kids this year, so I tried to pick up the place that would maximum meet all our expectations. Here are just some highlights: *Owners. Speak English easily, are very pleasant people not bothering anyone’s privacy, waited for us till 1AM to check in (THANK YOU!!!) *Location is perfect. Very close to gorgeous beach, best maintained sunbeds Panorama and restaurant. Entrance to the sea is the best in Agios Georgios *Interior turned way better than on the pictures. It’s really very clean! What personally I liked the most are Snow white towels and bed linings! It gives you the feeling you are staying at fancy resort :) *Value for money - exceeded all my expectations.

Close to the beach, close to a well stocked supermarket, close to good tavernas/restaurants. Very spacious apartment. Clean. We got fresh towels after two days without asking for it. Nice view. Parking space inside the yard. Good selection of international TV channels (if that is of any importance for a seaside vacation). Good WiFi.

The bathroom door and the bedroom door were old, squeaky and made a lot of noise (especially disturbing if used during the night).

Superb

Separate house with 7 apartments and its own yard. We had two apartments. The larger one has two bedrooms with a separate kitchen. The smaller one had a room and a kitchen with two beds. All rooms are large and spacious. Towels and bed linen are changed every 3 days. Clean and tidy. Free parking in the courtyard of the house. In addition to the private bathroom, there is also a shower in the yard. Friendly hosts.

The apartments on the ground floor have the largest terrace, but they are not separated from the neighbors. There is a smell of dampness in the lower cupboards.

very nice apartment near the beach

the apartment is very close to the sea, only 2min away. Also across the street is a well stocked groceries store. The apartment has everything you need for cooking and cleaning. Regular cleaning and fresh towels every other day. Large terrace with table and chairs and parasol, comfortable large double bed. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. This is THE best starting point for exploring the island.

the AC is charged separately per day, we did not need it though.

Sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft, sehr nette Betreiber:innen. Die Wohnung (nr 5) hat durch das zum Schilf ausgerichtete Fenster und die großen Balkontüren herrliche Durchlüftung in der Nacht. Großer Balkon mit Sitzmöglichkeit. Top-Insektenschutzgitter überall und sehr gute Matratzen.

Die Ausstattung der Küche ist etwas improvisiert. Ist aber funktional.
