The property was overall clean and the bed was really comfortable, made me feel like I’m at home.

The property is situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood well connected by pubblic means to city center, The room was clean and very well-designed. It’s highly functional and comes equipped with all the essential things you need for a comfortable stay.

There was really nothing negative about our stay. The only minor thing to note—especially if you visit during the summer a—is that the curtains are quite thin, so the morning sunlight tends to filter in pretty early. It was perfectly fine for me, but less ideal for my wife, who is sensitive to light.

Easy to access with the digital key. Rooms were clean and enough for a quick trip if you're looking for a place to shower and rest. No breakfast, but right next to a big Lidl, where I bought all food supplies needed. Bed was comfortable. Quite place, good for sleepin well. Having a microwave and cooking utensils was also helpful.

When I got to the hotel, I had the unpleasant surprise of finding other guests in my room. It was clearly a system mistake and it took the hotel at least 30 minutes to find me another room. When it finally happened, they gave me a double bed instead of 2 singles (which was especifically what I bought as I was travelling with a friend). When asking the emergency phone number, the lady was very rude and kept saying I was supposed to send an email and wait until next day to fix the situation, hanging the phone on my face. I had to call them at least 6 or 7 times until they realized I was not satisfied with this solution and their ops manager gave me a call apologizing and offering another room for my friend as they didn't have any other options with 2 separate beds.
