About this apartment rental

Enjoy the sun and fun in this loft-style one bedroom condo, located just steps from the ocean. This unit features a queen-sized bed, a queen-sized Murphy bed and a full-sized pull-out couch. We offer everything you'll need to cook in and relax, including a Roku-enabled smart TV with easy access to Netflix and Prime, as well as over 100 cable channels. There are two full bathrooms as well as washer and dryer in unit. The balcony, which has a partial view of the gulf, is complete with patio furniture and is the perfect place to relax. The condominium complex features three pools plus a wading pool, a tennis court, outdoor grilling areas and has their own convenience store called the Sugar Shack, complete with snacks and drinks. The location is just minutes away from Gulf State Park and the charming restaurants and shops of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. With the beach just steps away from the condo, this is a perfect location for your family's vacation!

**There is a one-time $35 parking fee (cash only) which covers your entire stay.

There is a new building going up next to our complex so you may experience some construction noise and dust during daylight hours

Very good location, close to Gulf Shores State Park, which gave us beach benefits without the crowds. Easy drive to visit our friends at Ono Island. Plenty of restaurants along the way as well as a major grocery store nearby. Would stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay, had some issues with wifi but was able to use the main wifi. Very clean property, I tend to clean places my family stays before hand but I didn’t feel the need to here. Loved the heated pool, owners were quick to respond to my messages, convenient to area attractions without being crowded.

Came for the holiday weekend and loved the location! We are were close to restaurants and shops but away from the masses of people on the beach! Condo was clean and exactly as pictured. Older condo but still nice and has everything you want/need on vacation. Now, there is active construction next door and some within the complex itself. A little noisy but easy to tune out. Unfortunately, I didn’t turn in my side mirrors while parked in the parking garage and someone ran into and broke my driver side mirror, but that was my bad, learn from my mistake and push your mirrors in if you have a SUV or bigger.

Great experience without blowing your load, very nice for 2 maybe a 3rd. I probably wouldn't want to have anymore than that, but still a great affordable spot and everyone is very nice.

The condo itself was clean & quaint; just as pictured. The condominium property is aesthetically unappealing and needs updating. The location is just steps away from a beautiful beach and the pools are large & clean. However, poolside decking is in need of repair and new lounge chairs are needed. Check in was easy. Guard was nice. Nearby restaurants delicious. In all a good stay, but probably won't go back due to facility itself. Again, the condo was nice though.

We enjoyed our stay. Only downside to this unit was you could spot what needed to be updated which made me question the cleanliness of the entire unit. Things that said would be " provided to start" weren't and I wish I would've known only one shower worked. We made the most out of our stay!!

We just stayed here for 2 nights but enjoyed our stay. Easy beach access and it was nice having 2 full bathrooms. The carts provided making it easy to get your stuff in/out of the condo but the property is a little loud during the day as they still have construction going on. Overall we would stay again.

A bit rough but not surprised given the last Fall hurricane. The only disappointment was the late notice regarding damage and ongoing repair work including nearby what appeared to be new construction. Noise and then the requirement for us to sign absolving you of any responsibilities should injury occur to your renters. I'm pretty sure it doesn't work that way. A vacationer arrives and at the gate is instructed to sign a release. That is a bit late. Where would one stay if they refused to sign? My suggestion is that you advise your customers well in advance of their trips of the activity to be expected upon arrival and then you carry a healthy amount of liability insurance. Are you aware of the overhead construction boom at the nearby new construction? The boom was slinging materials high overhead above the open parking areas as well as the condo building. an unlikely accident but I can pretty well assure you that were an accident to occur someone else quite likely would own the entire condo complex. We were careful...no accidents and di enjoy our stay. Given the construction and general conditions of the public areas of the condo complex I would suggest lowering your fees.

Not fancy but nice place. Great location and easy to walk to beach. Stayed for two nights. The Kitchen setup was adequate for our pasta meal. The upstairs was noticeably warmer (3-5 degrees) than Downstairs but ok with the box fans provided. Only downside was the need for Deep Cleaning. It would Really elevate the place. I used Lysol spray everywhere because of Covid19; bathrooms And kitchen were surface clean. Dust on ledges. Matted carpet and rugs need a shampoo. And the bed was missing a cover (sheet only), and the blankets and pillows in the closet were musty - not fresh at all. Overall, I would stay again If a deep cleaning was done - it looked like a year or so since it had been done.

We decided less than a month before trip to take this vacation. This spot was available and was perfect. We even got to add an extra night stay with no hassle. The beach was wonderful and everyone was respectful of each other. The food around the area never disappoints. We will be back!

The cleanliness of the condo definitely needs to be addressed. The ceiling fans had hadn't been dusted in months. The showerheads/showers were full of mold. Floors were sticky and the upstairs carpet hadn't been properly vacuumed. Upstairs bathroom floor had not been cleaned. But besides that the condo itself was fine.

Condo was an older condo. It could use some updating such as painting. Washer and dryer worked great and was used daily. Mildew was visible in bathroom on water knob, other wise was a wonderful stay!
