About this chalet rental

Beautiful chalet of 200 m2 on 3 levels (completely renovated)
Entrance, storage, ski room with electric shoe dryer, 1 separate toilet,
1 bedroom with ensuite shower room, 1 second bedroom with bathroom and wc.
infrared sauna, room with washing machine and dryer.
1st level: large living room with wood stove (wood provided), living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, south facing balcony, beautiful views of the Drus, another balcony facing west with views of Mont Blanc
2 bedrooms each with ensuite shower room, separate wc,
1 mezzanine with tv lounge, and football table and balcony south facing.
2 parking spaces - 1 closed garage.
Bed linen included and towels, and beds made on arrival

We loved our time in Chamonix. The beautiful chalet was perfect for our family. We loved skiing from La Flegere and the lift was within a short walking distance from the house. While you do need a car to make the most out of this region, we could have relied on the bus schedule if necessary. The house itself was appointed very nicely, they had everything you could have wanted — and the space allowed us to spread out and enjoy our vacation. The hosts were gracious and responsive. It’s a wonderful stay!

This chalet was perfect for our family. It is beautifully decorated and spacious for a large family. The views are stunning and you can walk to les Praz where there are a few good restaurants and an épicerie. You can also walk to the Flegere gondola. The bus stop is nearby which makes it convenient for independent teens. The kitchen could be better equipped with more placemats, better quality kitchenware and pots and pans. Overall a great place to stay,

The chalet is of a very high standard, with comfortable and clean rooms. The dining and kitchen area are well appointed, and we loved the hot tub! It’s a short walk to the lift at La Flegere or the bus to town or other ski areas. We will be back!

The eight of us had a great time staying at this great house. It is 5 minutes walk from the train station to Grands Montets and Chamonix, and 7 minutes walk to Flégère. The house is beautiful. We loved the sauna and hot tub, as well as the open kitchen dining area. Very convenient for skiing in the valley and the owners were very helpful with our questions. I would highly recommend this place for a group like ours (two families of 4 people).

Propriétaire réactive très serviable et efficace. Chalet de standing avec une belle vue sur le Mont Blanc et l’aiguille des Drus dans quartier calme proche de la gare des Praz, du bus et des télécabines de la Flégère. Chalet cosy et bien équipé.

Superbe chalet avec une magnifique vu sur toute la chaine de montagne et directement sur le MontBlanc. A deux pas ( littéralement) du télésiège de la Flégère et 5 mins du centre de Cham en voiture. Communication, procedure d'arrive et de depart tres facile. Propriétaires disponible et tres sympas. Super séjour!
