About this apartment rental
Our 63m² apartments are located in an old farm and have been lovingly renovated by us.
The apartments, built mainly of solid wood with high-quality furnishings, can accommodate up to four guests.
In addition to the spacious kitchen, the apartments have two more bedrooms with pine wood beds, and a newly renovated bathroom. There is also a large, comfortable terrace overlooking the countryside.
What makes our holiday apartments in the Meraner Land so special is, above all, the still well-preserved walls of the old farm together with the high-quality fragrant wood furniture.
On request, you can use our bread service in the morning and make use of our own herbs.
Our farm is located between Lana and the Gampenpass, embedded in meadows and forests. Time seems to stand still for us and you can enjoy the tranquility of nature to the fullest. Nevertheless, you can soon reach the cities of Merano and Bolzano, as well as numerous skiing and hiking areas, museums, restaurants, etc.
You can also start hiking and touring directly from the apartments. The environment of the farm offers something for everyone.
Our farm is said to be a place of deceleration, where you can relax and enjoy nature.

Wir hatten über Silvester eine ganz tolle Zeit im Hof Neuhaus. Unsere Ferienwohnung war wunderschön und ideal gelegen zum Wandern, Rodeln oder auch Ski fahren. Auch die Ausstattung war super, lediglich ein Ofen oder eine Mikrowelle haben gefehlt, um mal etwas warm zu machen. Aber das hat uns nicht sonderlich gestört. Danke nochmal an Eva und Andreas für die vielen Tipps und den schönen Start ins neue Jahr.

Das Ferienhaus liegt abseits vom Südtiroler Trubel in einem schönen Tal - für einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub weg vom geschäftigen Meran genau das Richtige. Dabei sind Meran und Bozen mit dem Auto in Reichweite, wenn man mal nicht wandern will oder das Wetter nicht mitspielt. In 300m Entfernung liegt ein Gasthaus, das sehr gute und reichliche Südtiroler Gerichte anbietet - Autofahrer können dann auch mal am Abend einen guten Wein trinken.
Hof Neuhaus hat zur Zeit nur drei Appartments, die so geschmackvoll und gediegen eingerichtet sind, wie wir es in Ferienwohungen selten erlebt haben. Auch bei der gut ausgestatteten Küche stellt man fest, dass die Gastgeber nicht schnell mal bei Ikea ein Billigpaket besorgt haben. Moderne Einrichtung und alte gediegene Struktur sind hier eine harmonische Verbindung eingegangen. Das Schlafzimmer mit dem großen und bequemen Bett und nicht zuletzt das viele Zirbenholz haben zum erholsamen Schlaf beigetragen.
Ein wesentlicher Punkt für das Gelingen unserer Ferien waren die überaus herzlichen Gastgeber, die uns stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite standen. Wir freuen uns schon darauf, nochmals dort Ferien zu machen und sie wiederzusehen.
