Location très décevante
Nous avons aimé l'emplacement. La résidence est très bien placée. On peut tout faire à pied. Plage, port, courses, centre-ville. L'appartement donne dans le parc et la vue est dégagée.
L'appartement est complètement à rénover. La douche est obsolète, j'ai dû la renettoyer et il y a des traces de moisissures. Idem avec la cuisine qui n'était pas nickelle. Les équipements sont vieillots. Les places de parking sont très très petites et, en plus, le bip du portail est tombé en panne le week-end, nous avons dû nous garer ailleurs. Pour éclairer la pièce principale, un vieux lampadaire halogène, vieille génération qu'il faut éteindre et allumer... Aucun luminaire commandé avec un interrupteur. Le prix de la location n'était pas trop élevé, mais sincèrement, ce n'est pas très correct de la part d'INTERHOME de louer de tels appartements, on ne s'attendait pas à cela de leur part.
