Ιt’s a small semi-basement house in a very vibrant Koukaki neighborhood! At first you might think it’s a bit awkward but coziness and warmth beats you. Exactly as you see it in the pictures, clean and welcoming, has everything you need! Value for money in a widely touristic area, management company is punctual and helpful. Would come back! Will come back!

We were charged for a "late check-in" on top of which we had to wait 30+ minutes for someone to show up despite informing them 40 minutes before we came to the property. A simple check-in box would have solved the issue.

First of all, staff was extremely friendly giving a lot of advices about the surroundings. The location is very nice with loads of restaurants, cafes, bars, small supermarkets and bus stop just around the corner and the flat was clean with all the amenities you will need for a short trip.
Our flight was delayed so we arrived in Athens later than expected. For this reason we had to pay a fee for arriving 15 minutes after 11pm. Our stay was pleasant even spending this extra money.

Nice welcoming. Very close to metro Sygrou Fix and not far from the center. Shop is just below the street and cafes and bars very near. Comfortable bed and room temperature regulator at hand. You can cook, has a fridge.
Even after following the instructions which I was told in order to have hot water;the heater isn’t properly heating and I had coldish showers, which isn’t ideal in winter. Only in the evening it worked but not for long. The room is inside a building in construction and the corridor doesn’t have light. It would be nice to have a small cloth for the kitchen to dry hands or the dishes.
