The room we were assigned smelled like gym facilities. I don’t know if it was the carpet. It smelled like vinegar or sweat. Nothing refreshing.

It was clean and well maintained

We stayed in the first floor probably will ask for the second floor next time. The first floor was a little loud had a bit of trouble with the noise level of the neighbors and people passing through to their rooms

the room was nice

the courtyard was right beneath our window and there was a party of like 7 or 8 people who kept us up all night. we tried to ignore at first but they got progressively louder. we finally called the front desk around 3am asking them to please do something about it. the party literally got louder and at 4am we called again. my husband even asked if any of them were even guests of the hotel and the front desk lady admitted she thought only some of them were but some were not. they finally got the party to leave the courtyard shortly after but we got zero sleep during our stay. very disappointing

Perfect Hotel Stay

Check-in. Easy and reception was kind and helpful. Will need to use the phoneto get buzzed in. Location: Easily accessible and close to a grocery store which for an overnight stop where u can get things for the road. It was pretty perfect. Room/Bed: Clean and spacious with ac/heater. Bed was comfortable and looked and smelled clean. Windows did a good job of canceling out any noise. Breakfast: Basic breakfast that hit the spot. Refilled often and staff was pleasant to be around and kind. Check out: Easy and every staff we encountered was professional and nice. They do a really good job here based on what I experienced.

Small thing was the curtains facing the parking lot wouldn't close 100% and it was fine because there is a sheer curtain for more privacy

No sleep

the property, staff, and location are just fine.

my room location unfortunately was right next to the elevator. my purpose for the visit was just to recover after working a 24hr shift. The elevator bell is very audible from my room. any time the elevator stops on the floor or you step inside to select tue floor this loud bell alarms. I could also hear the air in tue shaft of the elevator. I was unable to recover. the staff and building are very clean. I frequent the location when I’m working. this time I got a bad room.
