The location of the property was very accessible and it was a secure building with a grocer nearby.
There were a number of things that did not work, were broken, and were not kept well. The lights in the en-suite bathroom didn't work, the glass door to the shower was off the track, and we couldn't use the shower as it was blocked. Additionally, in the main bathroom, the shower leaked. Each toilet roll holder was broken as well. There was major build-up of limescale in the kettle; not a massive thing, but quite easy to maintain. In the second bedroom the drawer cover was broken and so was the hinge to the wardrobe door.
The beds were not comfortable as we could feel the springs on each. Also, the rubbish bin didn't have a cover, again not a major thing, however, being there more than a few days, the bin becomes a negative. Lastly, it would be nice to have an oven glove or tea towel to use for the hot items from the oven.
