Locatie, zwembad, uitzicht en contact met de beheerster.
Dat men de reviews van vorige huurders blijkbaar niet leest of voor lief neemt. Want alle minpunten die je in reviews leest zijn nog steeds actueel. Airco blijkt een mobiele unit te zijn. Als je de condensslang naar buiten hangt wordt het niet echt koeler, maar je wordt wel te grazen genomen door insecten die vrijbaan hebben. De keuken is klein en was bepaald niet schoon. Koffiezetapparaat zou geen overbodige luxe zijn.

Elképesztően szép helyen van, egyszerűen lenyűgöző. Nagyon jó kiindulópont volt a kirándulásokhoz, Pisa, Fitenze stb. nagyon közel vannak, max. 1 órás autózással befogahtó volt. A szállás igazi toszkán hangulatú volt, saját terasszal és egy néhány család által használt medencével. Étteremek és boltok (helyi boltok) vannak a közelben és jók is. Semmiben nem szenvendtünk hiányt.

Die Lage ist unglaublich schön, einfach atemberaubend. Es war ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, Pisa, Fitenze usw. sind ganz in der Nähe, maximal 1 Stunde mit dem Auto. Die Unterkunft hatte echtes toskanisches Flair, mit eigener Terrasse und einem Pool, der von einigen Familien genutzt wurde. Restaurants und Geschäfte (lokale Läden) sind in der Nähe und auch gut. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
Ich kann es jedem für einen Familienurlaub wärmstens empfehlen!
It is in an amazingly beautiful location, simply stunning. It was a great starting point for excursions, with Pisa, Fitenze, etc. very close by, no more than an hour's drive away. The accommodation had a real Tuscan feel, with its own terrace and a swimming pool shared by a few families. There are restaurants and shops (local shops) nearby, and they are good. We didn't lack for anything.
I can highly recommend it to everyone for a family holiday!
Az ágy kényelmetlen volt, túl puha nekem.... De ki lehet bírni. Lassú az internet.
The bed was uncomfortable, too soft for me... But you can put up with it. The internet is slow.
Das Bett war unbequem, zu weich für mich... Aber man kann es ertragen. Das Internet ist langsam.

Het uitzicht, zwembad en het pittoreske dorpje op loopafstand
Schimmel in de badkamer, gehorig als er boven mensen aanwezig zijn, afstand naar leuke plekken en zelfs een grote supermarkt valt tegen, de airco is geen echte airco maar een verrijdbare met een slang

Magnifique appartement très bien décoré.
Il y avait tout pour être confortable. Même des petits cadeaux de la région !
Nous avons eu un soucis avec la douche et tout a été fait rapidement pour le régler.
Je recommande vivement !
La piscine était notée comme "ouverte en saison" mais j'aurais aimé savoir que la saison débutait le 15 mai. C'est dommage car il aurait été appréciable de pouvoir en profiter avec des températures à 28 degrés durant notre séjour. Nous avons quand même profité de la terrasse et de la vue !
