Thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness, hosts, location, etc. I would recommend this house to any large group visiting Ocracoke.

The property manager, Phoebe, was super responsive and great to work with. She responded to all of our requests in a timely manner and was very accommodating. The kitchen was very small which made it difficult to cook meals. I would highly suggest having a dishwasher installed and some more basic cookware purchased for those families who would prefer to cook in vs dining out. It would be good to have some shelving installed in the kitchen as well for storage of dishes, etc.
