Poprawna czystość.
1. Brak odpowiedni miejsca na rowery. Przypięcie rowerów do płotu nie jest w mojej oponio ok. Wystarczyłaby mała wiatka ze stojakami jakich wiele np.: przed sklepami. 2. Bardzo małe wyciszenie pokoi, co wpływa na atmosferę intymności (jej brak). 3. Relatywnie wysoka cena vs. standard.
