air-conditioned 110m² villa including:
- a master bedroom with shower room and storage; 160 x 200 bed and cupboard.
- a bedroom with 140 x 200 bed and closet.
- a bedroom with 1 bed of 160 x 200 with storage
- an independent bathroom for the two aforementioned bedrooms with storage
- separate wc.
- a living room with flat screen, CD / DVD player, wifi internet.
- an equipped kitchen with bar table and high chairs open to a living room with table and chairs.
- Outside :
_stores on terraces and parasol.
- a covered summer kitchen with table, barbecue, fridge ........
- outdoor shower, outdoor wc.
- large terraces, with beautiful views, sunbathing ......
- beautiful swimming pool with security device and night lighting with multicolored LEDs.
- private parking
DEPOSIT of 750 euros will be given on arrival and by hand either by check or cash. The restitution of this one will be made partially or entirely after verification of the premises and at the latest within a week.
N. B. Household cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants.

We had a fantastic stay at Philippe and Silvie’s place. Everything is clean and everything is as promised in the ad. Philippe and Silvie gave good recommendations on the local sights and markets and were kind and helpful in all respects. The check-in and check-out procedures were quick, easy and well-prepared from the hosts. The pool was nice and clean and the view from the pool area has to be experienced to truly understand the beauty.All in all a relaxing vacation and we’d recommend it to anyone interested in visiting the area.

Des propriétaires, Phillipe et Sylvie, très accueillants et très réactifs : au top ! Vous recherchez : le calme, le chant des cigales, une vue magnifique, une maison très propre, très fonctionnelle, une piscine pour vous rafraichir (toujours nickel grâce à un entretien très régulier et discret) alors n'hésitez pas à réserver cette propriété. Nous y avons passé 3 semaines excellentes.

Maison confortable et au calme où le repos est garanti.
L’équipement mis à disposition est complet et de qualité. Les espaces extérieurs (piscine, terrasse, jardin) sont très agréables et très bien entretenus.
Maison bien située 10/15min pour: Commerces, Accès à l’autoroute et à la gare TGV.
Propriétaires très sympathiques. Tout est mis en oeuvre pour nous garantir des vacances réussies.
