'Burlamacchi Villas' is a complex of 2 luxury CATERED villas -'San Francesco' and 'Casa Burlamacchi'- rented as a unique property with private pool, both completely restored in 2009 and 2020/21, which date back respectively to XIX and XV century. The complex, together with a small amount of nearby houses and villas, lay on an enjoyable and privileged position, within easy reach of the town centre of Bagni di Lucca (5 minutes walk), where a good number of shops, bars, and restaurants can be found. The local Spa resorts are situated at a short distance from the Villa (1 km), and are reachable by car or a leisurely walk in the green.
Immersed in a typical Tuscan landscape, sleeps up to 28 people in the summer and 21 during the winter, and it is an ideal destination for those looking for a relaxing holiday amongst serene surroundings with culture and other diversions close to hand.

THE VILLAS
Rented as a unique complex of catered villas, they are both three-floor constructions for a total of 800 square meters. There is a professional kitchen where the chef will prepare you typical Tuscan and Italian meals, and an equipped kitchen on guests availability for snacks and drinks and some common areas in four living-rooms.
The bedrooms -5 double king size, 1 double queen size +single, 4 twins/double king size and 1 family suite king+twins/double king size- are all with ensuite new bathrooms.

The interiors, accurately and elegantly redecorated with XVIII and XIX century furniture, are typical of the residences of the region of Lucca. The precious and light fabrics, the meticulous attention for details, and interior lighting make all the environments very warm, cozy and comfortable.
In the summer the Villas are cool inside even in the hottest days, but on the top floors -the most warm area- there is air-condition; during the winter, their efficient heating system guarantees the residents comfortable and pleasant stays.


CATERED VILLA FORMULA
Our renting formula is 'Catered Villa'.
We will pamper you with the scents and flavors of the Italian cuisine, with well-kept dishes prepared on the spot and served in the beautiful scenario of our garden.
Our chef will offer you a variation of delicious menus always based on fresh and seasonal products, according to your taste and specific needs.
The pizza oven will guarantee authentic and enjoyable pizza nights.
International home made breakfast is included in the price. We have an 'all meals' formula which includes light lunch and 3 courses dinner for55€ per person per day (drinks not included). This is not included in the rental price as it may vary based on the number of guests.
We will offer you a selections of white and red wines to buy.
Special menus based on particular ingredients such as truffle, shellfish or similar, same as wine tastings can be organized on request.
Please note that being a catered villa, self catering is not allowed, neither the bringing of guests own alcohol.

SPA&WELLNESS
Our wellness area includes Sauna with chromotherapy a message bed, and a small gym.
Different services such as body and facial beauty treatments and massages can be booked.


GARDEN
'Villa San Francesco' and the back of 'Casa Burlamacchi' face the garden, which is spacious with a fabulous view towards the Tuscan valley and mountains. There is rich vegetation in the meadow and big ancient earthenware basins with flowers. The range opposite the villa is large, both with areas exposed to the sun and areas hidden in the shadow. There is a big table with chairs and various pieces of garden furniture made of wood and wrought iron. The place is most suitable for resting, reading or talking in the shades of secular trees. It’s also perfect for having a typical Tuscany dinner during a cool refreshing evening. Adjacent to the villas, running down along the hillside, there is a vast area of private terraced gardens leading to a small forest. Here and there one can find ancient stones and marble garden seats, rose bushes and other scented flowers. Our villa is an ideal place both for those who search for peace and intimacy within the luxurious building immersed in green foliage as well as for families with children who can play freely in a natural and well protected environment.
Everyone will enjoy a refreshing jump in the pool, which is 10x5x1,5mt, beautifully decorated with mosaico tales and surrounded by two old big Carrara marble bath tubes original from the ancient spa.
