O flat se localiza no térreo bem em frente a uma piscina de criança. Perfeito para quem vai com crianças. A praia de Muro Alto é muito calma, e os funcionários do condomínio são muito prestativos. O Flat é novo e bem equipado, com TV nos quartos e na sala, conectado a internet.
O dono do flat é muito prestativo. Não deixe de perguntar por dicas da região ou restaurante a ele.
