Nice stay with family

Really spacious place and we had a really enjoyable stay.

Needs a bit of general maintenance. Was absolutely freezing when we arrived and took a long time to heat up to a comfortable temperature.

Very pleasant

The house was clean and had all the facilities of a house and it was a very pleasant stay.

Everything was very nice and we enjoyed every bit of our stay but as a suggestion only thing that can be improved is that heating programme of the house can be programmed in a way that once the guests arrive, the house is already heated because the only thing we faced was that we had to wait 7-8 hours for the house to get warm as it took time and had it been a stay for 1 day then our impression could have been different as most of the time would have been used to warm the house. Well this is just a feedback and please take it in a positive way because the property is really very nice and i want that if there is a margin of improvement so it should be improved

One of the bathroom sinks was blocked upon arrival, but the host was very responsive and sorted it out for me pretty quickly.

The property was very nicely furnished, instructions for entry very clear, good driveway and access and cool rear garden.

The property was good for us for location. We were there in area visiting family.

At the front it had a inner porch door that the lock was broken.

Comfortable and cozy place for a family break.

Lovely comfortable sitting room with a smart TV. The double/twin rooms were all a good size and the bathroom was great. Also lots of good knives/kitchen utensils (often in rental properties they're rubbish.) It's also in a good location for getting both into Manchester and out to surrounding areas - we were mostly driving but also used public transport to get around.

There were seven of us but only six chairs for the dining table. Some of the pots and pans were pretty old/random but there were plenty so that's good.

comfy and comfortable over all

well laid out and comfy and the owner was very helpful and kind. beds extremely clean as was bedding. they couldn’t be faulted

I thought that the kitchen pans were not good and the trays for the ovens awful. the plates had obviously been cut on over a period of time. I purchased paper plates and we didn’t cook which was a bit of a pain. they needed to be thrown out and new purchased. the kitchen cookware and crockery let down the house in our view

Everything about this place is perfection! .. the pictures don’t do this place justice! .. we booked the house for a wedding and everyone including the cameramen loved the decor of this house! .. Tom is a great house and I can not thank him enough
