Apartament jest przestronny, ładnie urządzony. Kuchnia jest bogato wyposażona we wszelkie naczynia i urzadzenia. Lokalizacja, blisko parku zdrojowego i marketu. Dobry kontakt z właścicielką obiektu. Apartament spełnia potrzeby gości, także z dziećmi.
W mieszkaniu było czasami chłodno. Brak grzejnika w łazience zniechęca do kąpieli. Rozkładanie sofy w salonie i każdorazowe przenoszenie ławy było nieco uciążliwe.
