Apartment located on the mezzanine floor of a renovated real estate unit also inhabited by the owners, surrounded by greenery but easy to reach.
Outside it has a large terrace, to the right of a garden and to the left of a green area equipped with table tennis, as well as used as a relaxation area.
It has two car parks and a ski storage area.
Apartment is large and bright of about 75 square meters renovated in 2017 and newly furnished, consisting of kitchen and living room, two bedrooms, master bathroom and another bathroomand the central corridor.
The kitchen has an electric oven, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee machine and everything necessary for daily use (new pots, cutlery and crockery) and a table that can seat 5 people.
The living room corner has a three-seater sofa and a 48-inch TV.
The double bedroom is furnished with a four-door wardrobe, a chest of drawers with a mirror as well as a two beds and two bedside tables.
It has a 32 inch LED TV.
The double bedroom consists of a single bed and a single bed (French) with a central bedside table and a three-door wardrobe. It has a 32 inch LED TV.
The master bathroom is very large and has a shower cabin, a bathtub and a washing machine.
The entrance connects all the rooms and is furnished on one side.

The welcome by Elfriede and Dino was very warm. The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with cooking facilities like home, the beds were very comfortable, the terrace was very pleasant to eat outside or just sit and play cards with the family. The garden was beautifully landscaped with flowers and the host treated us to goodies from the vegetable garden. Both inside and outside, everything was nicely decorated. We highly recommend this flat.

Wir waren geschäftlich hier und hatten eine super Zeit. Unsere Vermieter waren super nett und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft ist ausnahmslos zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt während unseres Aufenthaltes. Die Begrüßung durch die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die ruhige Lage hat uns allen sehr gut getan.
Es war ein toller Urlaub!
