About this apartment rental
This is a recently renovated (Jan. 2019) 105 sq.m apartment located in a neo-classical building with Athenian architecture. The place combines the contemporary design of the renovation with the classical shape and attidute of the building. Regarding the location , cannot be more central. Few minutes walking to Syntagma square and surrounded by hundrends of bars and restaurants.
The apartment extends into two levels. The upper level consists of the open-plan kitchenette with the living room .
The lower level (connected by an internal wooden stair) consists of a hallway, four bedrooms and three bathrooms . One of these bedrooms (all with queen beds) features en-suite bathroom.
Our guests enjoy full, private access to the whole apartment.
It gives us great pleasure to welcome our guests in person and be of help regarding the apartment appliances, and to offer any tips and information regarding the local area, the city center or sightseeing in Athens.
We always welcome our guests in person.
For late check in (after 21:00) there is an additional fee of 15 euros total for the person who will check you in.
Syntagma a.k.a. Constitution square is the most central area of Athens. The Parliament building is the centre of political life of the country, and the square is well known for the cafeterias which attract large numbers of visitors. Busy and full of life, this neighborhood extends towards Monastiraki, including many excellent hotels, famous shopping street Ermou, small affordable restaurants and cozy cafes for snacks, drinks and coffee. With a main metro station, a central fountain and the parliament itself it is an ideal location from which to begin a morning stroll of Athens.
The place is very central and you will hardly need to use even the public transportation means. Everything is in walkable dinstance.

We can arrange for our trusted English speaking drivers to pick you up and drop you off the airport or port. We highly recommend it because it will save you time and you will avoid the hassle.

We are two 60's couples and my 30's son. This was a pre-cruise stay in Athens and chosen for it's location. We really enjoyed our stay in Athens and in this apartment. We were able to walk everywhere including to our Acropolis tour which was very close. There are lots of places to eat and drink nearby and we especially enjoyed breakfast about a block away. The apartment was very nice and updated.
Note that all the bedrooms and bathrooms are in the lower level. I would definitely stay here again. The hose also arranged transport for us from the airport and to the cruise port and they were great.

This was perfect for our large family group of 6 people. The location is ideal for visiting the historic parts of Athens, and was clean and convenient. I particularly appreciate the timely and helpful communication with the manager. We also used their shuttle service which was extremely convenient and professional.

From the moment I walked into the unit, I immediately smelled a damp/musty odor. All the bedrooms are essentially downstairs in the basement of the building. As soon as I came downstairs, the odor became stronger. The biggest red flag was that there is a dehumidifier in one of the rooms. I notified the host of my concerns. He advised me to keep the dehumidifier on, as well as the A/C in the hallway. Needless to say, I didn’t sleep well at all during my short 2 night stay, as I was up coughing constantly. Upon further investigation, I discovered black mold in the unit. It was on the walls and in the shower – disgusting! I notified the host of this after I left. He admitted that he KNEW about the issue and planned to remedy the situation moving forward. He gave me a 25% refund (which was unsatisfactory to me) but I’m more upset that the host was aware that there is black mold in the unit and still proceeded to rent the unit out to someone. My husband has health issues (recent kidney transplant recipient and cancer patient) and I have horrible allergies. Had I known they had an issue with black mold, I would have canceled this booking and looked elsewhere. In any event, I do not recommend staying here.
Good things to note:
1) Check-in was easy and the instructions were clear.
2) Host was responsive and helped coordinate transportation to/from the airport.
3) You can't beat the location! Close to all the main attractions in Athens and good shops/restaurants.
