One bedroom, one bath fully furnished ground floor apartment, NOT the entire townhouse, one block off the Bentonville Square. East of the Ledger & Hilton Motto. South of the Compton Hotel. The best location available in downtown Bentonville! Walk to all of the events going on around the square or any of the fine dining options. We reside upstairs.
The apartment has Roku for streaming, U Tube TV, wifi, full kitchen, QUEEN bed, washer/dryer, indoor bike storage(2 bike max)
Visit the Walmart Museum, Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, The Momentary, Native American Museum, Walking/Biking Trails with an easy walk or drive.
Minimum 2 night stay. MAX 2 GUESTS. NO EXTRA CLEANING FEE!
Check in 3pm. Check out noon. Key lockbox on right side of Ground floor entrance door.

Absolutely loved this property! We parked car on Friday and walked to all the cool places and CB, never needed the car until we headed home. Thanks for the Reset weekend! We will be back!

Beautiful and spotless property just off the square! The hosts are wonderful and we couldn’t have been closer to the square. We parked the car and didn’t need it the entire stay because we could easily walk to shopping, restaurants, and fun. Would highly recommend!

Stayed here for a business trip. It was great. It was centrally located with good restaurants and a store close by. Everything was very clean. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Bentonville.

The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was spotless. We appreciated the drinks and snacks provided. Amazing restaurants are within walking distance. The bed and couch are very comfy. We will defibe staying here again!
