About this apartment rental
One bedroom, one bath fully furnished ground floor apartment, NOT the entire townhouse, one block off the Bentonville Square. East of the Ledger & Hilton Motto. South of the Compton Hotel. The best location available in downtown Bentonville! Walk to all of the events going on around the square or any of the fine dining options. We reside upstairs.
The apartment has Roku for streaming, U Tube TV, wifi, full kitchen, QUEEN bed, washer/dryer, indoor bike storage(2 bike max)
Visit the Walmart Museum, Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, The Momentary, Native American Museum, Walking/Biking Trails with an easy walk or drive.
Minimum 2 night stay. MAX 2 GUESTS. NO EXTRA CLEANING FEE!
Check in 3pm. Check out noon. Key lockbox on right side of Ground floor entrance door.

The property was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated with a large bathroom that included a stackable washer and dryer unit, stocked with fresh towels and the bed was very comfortable. The hosts added really nice touches like cold beverages, coffee and snacks available. They welcomed us from the balcony above and assured us they would be available if there was anything else we needed. We lucked out with an incredible farmers market just steps out of the door the next day which was unexpected but gave us something to do in the early morning. So, if you are looking for a convenient stay close to the city square, restaurants etc.this place is it!

We were right in the heart of downtown Bentonville. Steps away from restaurants and shopping. It was the perfect spot for our trip.
