A contemporary and secluded urban oasis - sunny and clean - this well-appointed one-bedroom cottage is loaded with charm and style that captures the true essence of Venice. It is located in one of the most coveted and quiet neighborhoods, yet is just a 20 minute walk to the beach, and only two blocks from all of the popular shops, restaurants, and cafes on trendy Abbot Kinney Boulevard which was voted one of the "coolest" streets in the U.S. Every first Friday of the month Abbott Kinney Blvd is loaded with food trucks, visitors from other areas of town and an extra lively scene that will make you feel part of a community.
With an open plan and high wooden ceilings, thIs “beachhead” cottage features a large area with a full kitchen, dining area, and a desk. An spacious bedroom with a queen bed and a stylish living room with a deep, comfortable sofa to watch tv or relax. The sofa is extra deep and wide enough for someone to sleep comfortably. French doors open up to a quaint, private patio with a built-in sofa that is ideal to enjoy breakfast, a glass of wine or to get lost in your favorite book.
Other amenities include a laundry closet with washing machine and dryer, outdoor grill, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, WiFi and cable.
This cottage is great for romantic getaways, and a perfect environment for a digital nomad to thrive. A parking space is located right outside the entry gate but if you would like to move around town on a bike, there are several Bike Share stations nearby.

This was a wonderful and VERY clean bungalow within easy walking distance to Venice Beach. The decorations were wonderful and I appreciate the multiple fans and air purifiers for white noise. All linens were white so you could see that they were truly clean.
A full length mirror in the bungalow and hooks outside for wet beach towels or swimsuits, would be a great addition.
The only negative was that there was construction going on next door M-S.

Overall, my boyfriend and I enjoyed our 2 month stay. The property looked just like the photos online, there was ample space for both of us, it was clean, and the property manager was readily available. Additionally, the location could not have been better and the surrounding area is lovely.
Our only issue with our stay was the insistent construction beginning at 7am coming from the property next door, which made it hard to work from home.

Great property, great experience. The place is perfect - spacious with magnificent skylights and incredible windows for cross breezes. Property in a great little neighborhood just steps from Abbott Kinney and a short walk to the heart of the Boardwalk and Beach. Cottage is well-secluded with a private fence. Enrique is fantastic - available if needed, otherwise total privacy. Nice wi-fi and work spaces, easy parking spot and easy beach vibe. Wonderful month in Venice.

Property is very nice. Very unique and decorated very well. Changing floor levels is disturbing as are the patio and walkway blocks. The ceiling fans are diffinately a plus as are the many windows. Directions for the clothes dryer and washer would be nice as would directions for the coffee maker. Microwave installation is unique but difficult to use. Enrique was very helpful and professional. His flexibility with arrival changes was exceptional.
