About this house rental
Welcome to this beautiful Cape Cod oasis! Completely renovated and immaculate ranch located on a beautiful corner lot in a great neighborhood for walking, biking and quickly getting wherever you want! Every year we invest in new upgrades for the property, with major updates including a completely renovated, bright open concept kitchen with a breakfast bar separation to the large living room. The bathroom was also completely remodeled floor to ceiling with all new fixtures. A mudroom was added to store all of your grab and go vaca necessities and breezy access to the back patio. New lighting throughout the home makes the home just as bright during the evening hours as during the day when the sunlight beams through. The new driveway and front walk/patio make parking and entry a breeze. Decor and paint, inspired by the colors of summer and the beach, will instantly relax you. Central Air Conditioning throughout the house will keep you cool on those hot summer days. Sip your coffee on the back patio, barbecue on the Blackstone griddle or watch your kids play in the huge expanded and fenced-in back yard from the comfort of the Adirondack chairs. Load your car with the coolers, beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys (all provided for your convenience!) and head to Smuggler's Beach, 5 minutes away, without ever having to get on Route 28! After the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower. A nice night in is no problem with a kitchen loaded with everything you can imagine, Smart TVs, Bose speakers, games, Nintendo Switch docking station, ect. Too many good things to list! I enjoyed staying in this house for a weekend get away by myself. It was very clean, comfortable and updated. The property was exactly as advertised. It is a very cute "Cape Cod" cottage. The location was great for beaches, restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood was very quiet. The owners were very accommodating. I look forward to returning for another relaxing weekend!

The house was perfect. It was clean, looked exactly as shown and had everything we needed. The owners were helpful with providing us local information and answered all my questions promptly. Would definitely stay here again! My daughters and I had an amazing trip and the house’s location allowed us to explore the entire Cape! Thank you!

Stayed at the Cape many times and this is the best accommodation we have had. The hosts have thought of everything for an enjoyable stay, including exercise equipment which I found useful. The location was excellent for any part of the Cape including many nice beaches and the house had whole-house AC. It has been renovated to a very high standard and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
