About this apartment rental
Modern and prestigious, this cozy apartment is on the ground floor of a centennial Brooklyn townhouse located at the heart of vibrant, dynamic Crown Heights – the perfect urban haven after a full day of shopping and adventure in Manhattan or Brooklyn.
Two different subway stations (See Guide for more details), each only a 10-minute walk away, connect you to New York's most visited borough, wether you are going to the West Side, MidTown or East Side of Manhattan. Some visitors will also be pleasantly surprised to find out that we are located 30 minutes away, door to door, from the Barclays Center.
The apartment easily fits up to 6 adults, with a queen-size bed in the master bedroom, a full-size bed in the second bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Foodies who enjoy cooking their own meals will love the fully-equipped kitchen – and delight in the gourmet grocery stores, as well as a variety of coffee shops and restaurants, located in the neighborhood within 15 minutes on foot. Feel free to enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the townhouse's peaceful garden, to which you'll have full and direct access. The beautiful and recently renovated Brooklyn Children's Museum is on the next block, as well as a charming neighborhood park facing historic Millionaire's Row, with its magnificent 19th century buildings. Everything else you might need (drugstores, supermarkets, fast food options or caribbean restaurants) is also readily available, within walking distance.
There is CENTRAL AC with a unit in each room - open living room, master bedroom and smaller bedroom for a comfortable night of rest during NYC heat waves. The place is nice and warm during the cool months thanks to efficient radiators and separate control of the temperature in each room. In the living room you will have access to 130 channels on the flat panel television. WiFi and washer and dryer are also provided. We will gladly provide you any information and advice you might require so as to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Special arrangements are available for families with children (play pen with mattress; high chair; toys, even a City Mini stroller).

The apartment and neighborhood were great! NYC was having a heat wave while we here here and we were so glad to be able to come home to an air conditioned apartment after a day of exploring the sites. The apartment was clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The hosts are lovely people. The apartment is within walking distance to grocery stores and great restaurants and delis. We always felt safe in the neighborhood even when walking home from the subway at midnight. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to New York.
