About this apartment rental
This beautifully modern fully equipped 2 bedroom condo is on the first floor of a three story building across the street from Maxwell Beach, in Christ Church. The condo is fully furnished and equipped with all kitchen appliances, including fridge, microwave, stove, toaster oven, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. A washing machine , iron and iron board and all linens are also included. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the second room two twin beds. There is one full size bathroom with a stand up shower and a second half bathroom. Condo rental includes, WiFi, air conditioning , ceiling fans, cable TV, and telephone (local calls only). The condo features a patio, leading directly to a swimming pool and hot tub. The complex offers lounge chairs for their guest, and person chairs that can be brought to the beach. . Smoking only allowed outside on patio.

We had a great stay at Pene’s Place, the apartment had everything we needed! Katie the property manager who met us upon check in and check out was lovely, very welcoming and gave us plenty of recommendations on things to do in the area! The condo is also in a great location and we were able to walk to Dover beach and Oistins fish fry from it but it is also easy enough to get the bus as well. We also had a lovely evening meal at Carolina’s right opposite the condo, so highly recommend visiting there if you get chance and it’s also a popular breakfast/brunch spot!

Overall a great location, a beautiful condo with everything you need. A very close beach across the street. Not far from Oistins and the Lawrence Gap. The property manager Katie went above and beyond to my make our stay with our newborn that much more comfortable. Special thanks to the grounds keeper Tobias who was super friendly and helpful. We recommend 100% and hopefully will return soon.

Pene's place is an excellent choice for a place to stay in Barbados. Katie the property manager is very friendly, attentive and helpful. There were no issues at all with the Condo. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances and utensils you would need, if you are inclined to prepare meals. Having the Pool and Jacuzzi is a definite plus. It felt like home away from home. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you Katie.

My family had an amazing stay! It truly felt like a home away from home. We had everything we could need and then some -- a newly renovated space, a new TV, comfortable couches, tons of towels, bug spray, sunscreen, etc. Katie is also an awesome property manger. She helped answer all of our questions, gave us great recommendations and made sure we were comfortable. When I come back to Barbados I definitely will be staying again!
