Comfortable spacious apartment with a great terrace 15 min from city center

The apartment itself is really comfortable and cozy, fully air-conditioned, spacious, with fully equipped kitchen (I'd say the most equipped I've seen in the rental apartments). Terrace is gorgeous, with a large table for breakfasts or dinners, sunbeds and shady places to hide from the sun. The bathroom has a washing machine and the washing powder is provided, that's very convenient. Parking is available for free near the building. The place is quite, the host is very friendly and willing to help and easy to reach as she lives in the same building. All in all, the place can be recommended if you're looking for the apartment for a family stay for several nights. I'd just add that there's a certain charm staying in the center of old town with its unique atmosphere that I'd probably try next time. That doesn't refer to the quality of the apartment of course.

The bathroom is outside the apartment, just few steps on the same floor. There's nobody else on the floor but still this might be inconvenient for somebody. The bathroom is a bit small and located under the roof, for us it was fine but may be a problem for tall people. The apartment is located not in the center, around 15 min walk as it is mentioned in the description. But in 40 degrees heat in August that came out to be not very comfortable for us with a kid. I believe it should be completely ok in the other seasons.

Ana was an exceptional host. She was very welcoming and it felt like visiting an old friend. There were beers, milk and orange juice in the fridge and biscuits , tea and coffee all provided. The little apartment was perfect for an overnight stay, but we wish we could have stayed longer. Its position is ideal near the beach. The bed was very comfortable and there was a huge terrace to relax on. The kitchen was well provisioned. Ana also gave us a lift to the marina to save us carrying our bags. We feel so fortunate to have found such lovely accommodation.

There was nothing to dislike about the property.

Exceptional host and accommodation, convenient location

What an incredible introduction to Croatia! Ana is an exceptional host—warm, communicative, and extremely thoughtful. We were so grateful for her many kindnesses and personal touches throughout our stay. It’s clear she’s put the same care and attention into the apartment, ensuring her guests feel completely at home. The space is beautifully equipped, with thoughtful extras like a variety of coffee options (including a moka pot, which I loved), teas, little treats, and refreshments. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the washing machine and powder were a real bonus for us. The bedroom is spacious with a king-size bed, and the air conditioning in both the bedroom and lounge kept the apartment very cool. One of our favourite features was the huge balcony which has shade and sun, lovely herb plants, a dining table, and two very comfortable sun loungers. The location is also ideal: about a 15-minute walk to the Old Town, near several supermarkets, and easily accessible from the airport via a short bus ride and walk. We also highly recommend the neighbourhood steak and seafood restaurant, Coccolo, just around the corner. If you’re looking for a car rental, we had an excellent experience with Alamo at Split Airport.

You will meet Ana and immediately feel at home. Ana is amazing , warm and very friendly. The apartment itself is well equipped , clean with a nice private terrace & parking. Bed is confortable : all is set to feel at home in the friendly neighborhood.The old town & market is within walking distance. We highly recommend the property. ❤️❤️❤️

La sistemazione confortevole per la nostra famiglia a Trogir 👍

La terrazza molto spaziosa , arredata con i lettini prendisole e piante l'abbiamo trovata speciale . Colazione e cena in terrazza erano per noi un must . L'appartamento era tranquillo e ventilato e abbiamo dormito molto bene . Era dotato proprio di tutto: detersivi per bagno e cucina , spezie ,caffè, scottex ,pellicola , alluminio .. poi la presenza della lavastoviglie . Parking comodo sotto casa L'accoglienza della proprietaria Smiljana davvero speciale : molto socievole, disponibile , gentilissima e molto reattiva nel risponderci e darci preziose informazioni. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato le bibite fresche in frigo e i suoi fichi dolcissimi: una graditissima sorpresa Ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio in questo appartamento . A circa 7 minuti a piedi per noi dalla splendida città vecchia Un grazie di ❤️a Smiljiana

Nulla . Forse un po' la posizione del bagno,. ma non ci ha infastidito . Il bagno era nuovo, moderno, accessoriato , finestrato e con una doccia molto comoda e dotato di lavatrice
